I love traveling. Every year, I go to at least one place I've never been before. It is a possibility to make dreams come true by travelling. For each trip, the purpose is not to arrive at the destination, not to see how much scenery; but during the trip, suddenly under a certain chance, we can re-recognize ourselves; Inspiration, is the dominant tone of the whole journey. 
When you stand in a strange country or city, you need to take a good look at the strange environment and people with a change of vision. Various of uncertainties, including the uncertainty what kind of people you will meet, what kind of things you will expe­rience, and don't know whether they are good or bad for you. we need to dare to break the inertia and change direction at any time. These experiences have brought great significance to my life and work.

In the past ten years of working in foreign trade business, I have different clients in dozens of countries, which like different journeys time and time again. 
I learned from journey how to communicate comfortably with my clients. I love my foreign trade business as much as I love travel, and have gained a lot of achievements.

Whenever I heard such kind of customer satisfaction feed-back, it seems that I have met the most beautiful scenery and lovely people again and again. 


Before selling Tony fittings and valves, I sold industrial building composite materials. I remember that I met a North American customer in the first year. He is a very professional and rigorous customer who has been focusing on this field for 30 years. Before that, he had been purchasing products from American factories and had a skeptical attitude towards products from Chinese factories. Every email sent to me was full of questions: from raw material ingredients, supplier qualification, testing, to details of all aspects of our factory. We communicated hundreds of emails, from each technical parameter and requirement that can be involved in the product, to quality inspection and inspection before shipment, to packaging, to transportation, and to importing customs clearance. In order to answer his each question accurately and responsibly, I consulted almost everyone in the factory. Finally, after the sample was passed the customer's test, all the doubts of the customer were dispelled, and the first order of two containers was placed to us. When I got that order, I even felt that I owned the whole world. Afterwards he became our agent in Canada. 

Sincere effort, perceived quality
After that, I also had a variety of clients, for example, client who had been contacted with me for three years and three months to place an order; I also won a variety of projects, including national projects, subway projects, small projects, wholesalers……
I always firmly believe that every cooperation is the establish-ment of trust. From the simple to the deep, the trust is started from favorable impression, to let the clients be willing to communicate with us, to get the oppotunity to show them our specialty, responsibility, sincerity, etc., to the deep under­standing of the needs behind the need purchasing requirement, and finally to establish long-term collaboration. Therefore, we have enough confidence to sell our products to our clients and help them achieve their success with our sincerity and efforts. 


Visible, unknown journey
Today, I standed at the crossroads of choice again. Different from the past, we are already on the way when friends were doubting. 
 
I remember I saw a sentence at the end of a TV show: I wish every time you return to zero is the next brilliant beginning!
The establishment of TONY brand does not only mean a new responsi­bility, but also a new starting point of my life. It gives me a new goal and significance. I don't know what I will meet and what scenery I will arrive at in this journey, but I know that I will always strive to go on, no matter how rough or thorny the road ahead is.
