Hydraulic pipe fittings
The hydraulic pipe fittings is a part connecting the high pressure oil pipe and the high pressure oil pipe in the hydraulic system. Hydraulic pipe fittings can be divided into hydraulic hose, high pressure ball valve, quick coupling, ferrule type pipe fittings, welded pipe fittings, high pressure hose, transition pipe fittings, three-way pipe fittings, non-standard pipe fittings, flaring type pipe fittings, right angle pipe fittings, rotary pipe fittings, quick coupling, stainless steel pipe fittings and copper fittings.
Welded pipe fittings
The pipe is welded by connecting pipe. An O-ring face seal is used between the joint body and the nozzle. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, good sealing performance and low requirement for the dimensional accuracy of the pipe. It requires high welding quality and inconvenient assembly and disassembly. The working pressure can reach 31.5Mpa and the working temperature is - 25～80 ℃. It is suitable for pipeline system with oil as medium.
Double Ferrule Tube Fitting
It has the advantages of advanced structure, good performance, light weight, small volume and easy to use. It is widely used in hydraulic system. The working pressure can reach 31.5Mpa, which requires high precision of pipe size and needs cold drawn steel pipe. The precision of ferrule is also high. Suitable for oil, gas and general corrosive medium pipeline system.
Flared Fittings
The tube end flares are used for sealing without other seals. The structure is simple and suitable for thin-walled pipe connection. It is suitable for low pressure pipeline system with oil and gas as medium.
