Basic and Features of Tri Clamp Ball Valve

Tri clamp ball valve mainly consists of three parts: sealing rubber ring, tri clamp and locking bolt. The rubber sealing ring on the inner layer is placed on the outer side of the connected pipe, which is matched with the pre rolled groove, and then the tri clamp is buckled on the outer part of the rubber ring, and then the bolt is used for fastening. Because the rubber sealing ring and tri clamp adopt the unique sealing structure design, the groove connector has good sealing performance, and with the increase of fluid pressure in the pipe, its sealing performance is enhanced correspondingly.

Features of tri clamp ball valve:

1. Tri clamp ball valve connection operation is very simple, without special professional skills, ordinary workers can operate after simple training.

2. The tri clamp ball valve is easy to operate and needs less operation space, which brings many convenient conditions for future maintenance.

3. During maintenance and replacement, just loosen two pieces of tri clamps to find, rotate and modify a section of pipe at will. There is no need to destroy the surrounding walls, and the maintenance time and cost are reduced.

Application scope of tri clamp ball valve:

Because of its compact structure, simple operation, long service life, safety and reliability, tri clamp ball valve has been applied in all walks of life. It mainly focuses on the following aspects:

1. Weak corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as water, ammonia, oil, hydrocarbon, etc.

2. Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, soda, concentrated sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid, ester acid, etc.

3. Low temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and various refrigerants.

4. Materials required for hygiene in light industrial food and pharmaceutical production, such as beer, beverage, dairy products, grain pulp, etc.
