For the convenience of use, the stainless steel quick coupling appears in the fluid system. This kind of pipe fittings is a fluid connection mechanism which can realize quick connection, disassembly and assembly without using tools. Due to the different use environment, different materials are needed, so this kind of pipe fittings should be used in corrosive medium environment.

Precautions for using quick coupling:

1. Understand and select the quick coupling with suitable pressure temperature rating.

2. The material of the quick coupling and its sealing should be compatible with the fluid. Therefore, considering the cost and reliability, the stainless steel quick coupling with suitable material should be selected.

3. The normal flow direction is from the parent to the daughter.

4. For the system with strict requirements for safety and sealing, the valve body seal of quick coupling is only used as the second seal, and the stop valve shall be installed in front of the joint as the first seal.

5. When using, do not often rotate between the quick coupling body and the daughter body, so as to avoid damage to the sealing ring.

6. Lubricate and maintain the sealing ring in the quick coupling regularly.

7. Prevent hard foreign matters from entering and leaving the joint. If the fluid is not clean, install a filter in front of the quick connect fitting.

8. If the parent body and daughter body of the quick coupling are often separated, protective devices can be installed to prevent the entry of foreign matters.
